Visited this Mexican restaurant while staying at the best western plus down the street. Went on a Wednesday night and was happy with the quality of food and service received. Ordered a strawberry margarita on the rocks which was alright. The chicken fajitas were good and came out sizzlizing out of the kitchen. Would get dinner from here again
Food is excellent has a little kick. I got a combination plate with enchilada and chili relleno with rice and beans. Chips come with a salsa and cheese sauce. Very authentic Mexican food. It was amazing.

El Loro is our favorite restaurant. The food is always delicious, the staff are great, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I am obsessed with their white chip dip. I don’t know what it is, but I love it. Their shrimp tacos are great, I love their vegetarian platters, and my husband loves the cheese enchiladas. (I always forget to take photos because I am too excited to eat)
This is a yearly trip for my family and will not disappoint. The portion sizes are amazing, the drinks are huge and delicious, and the wait staff is fantastic. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone traveling to Mall of America of the surrounding area!
I recently started going here, and I have to say the staff is excellent! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I always order a custom enchilada dish, two shredded beef enchiladas and two cheese enchiladas, smothered in queso and red sauce. It’s absolutely fantastic! Big shoutout to the manager for running such a great operation with an outstanding team.
The people up front helped me make sure my kiddos meal was made vegan. They went above and beyond to check the menu option. They were patient and kind. Smiles too. Then when the food was finished, they double checked the bag to make sure it was right. I'm so happy for this experience
Took my 16 year old out to dinner and decided on El Loro. It was very enjoyable and delicious. We ordered the mixed meat fajitas and shared. The food was rich and flavorful. It is always impressive to have that sizzling pan of meat and vegetables served at your table. Our server seemed uncomfortable and hesitant even while there wasn't very many people in the restaurant.
